The team, including lawyers specialising in wills and probate; family; and conveyancing matters, received training from Claire Gilbert, a Dementia Friends Champion from the Norfolk & Suffolk Dementia Alliance.
Claire presented a session which gave staff an in depth understanding of what dementia is and how it can affect anybody. By undertaking this unique training, participants could understand more about what living with dementia is like, how it also affects families and most importantly, how to turn their understanding into action.
Stephen Drake, Managing Director at Steeles Law, commented: “As a local solicitors firm, we are committed to servicing our local community. Through this opportunity to learn more about dementia, a condition that affects many of us and our families, we ave gained the necessary tools to better assist all who use our services.”
