Lauren joined the firm in 2017, initially as a Paralegal within the Wills, Probate and Tax team. During her training contract, Lauren undertook seats in Conveyancing, Family, Dispute Resolution and Wills, Tax and Probate, before she decided to qualify into the latter.
Lauren said of her training experience ‘Training in the middle of a pandemic was definitely not what I expected, we have all had to adapt to new processes, the teams I worked with have been a great support and I have loved the opportunity to experience the work within other teams.’ On qualifying Lauren commented ‘I am thrilled to be taking up a position within the Private Client team as a qualified solicitor, which is where I began my journey in the legal profession. I enjoy working directly with clients, which is key in the Private Client team.’
Commenting on Lauren’s achievement Oliver Brabbins, Managing Director said ‘I am delighted that Lauren has qualified as a solicitor, it is a great achievement at any time but to be finishing your training in the midst of a pandemic is a testament to Lauren’s tenacity and hard work. For the firm it is another success story, with Lauren another addition to our vibrant and growing group of new and recently qualified lawyers, driving the business on to succeed.’
Karen Bacon, Head of the Wills, Probate and Tax team said ‘We are looking forward to welcoming Lauren back to the team on 1st March as a qualified Solicitor. Lauren is always willing to go the extra mile to do the best job she can for her clients, and she is well liked and respected in the team. ‘
