She has a wide range of experience in residential property matters, including acting for builders, property investors and developers, companies and private individuals.
Beth is registered with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to certify documents in order for them to be legalised by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. This is often required prior to couples getting married abroad.
During her career to date, Beth has drafted and advised upon numerous tenancy agreements and also assisted in more contentious property matters where tenancies have not been adhered to.
Beth also has experience of:
- Sales and purchases of development land, including advice in relation to planning matters
- Division of land into separate parcels
- Acquisition of new build properties, including advice on section 106 and section 38 agreements
- Acting for both sellers and purchasers of auction properties, including the drafting of auction packs and attendance at the auction itself
