We are seeking a lawyer to join our busy dispute resolution team. You will undertake work across a full range of litigious matters and candidates will ideally have a broad range of experience in commercial litigation, contentious probate, property litigation and debt recovery. You will have conduct of your own matters as well as working with senior members of the team assisting with more complex matters for clients who include wealthy individuals, SMEs and large national names. An ability to work flexibly and under pressure is important as is being a team player.
We are seeking an experienced individual to work within our lively and busy team of employment specialists. You will undertake a mix of both contentious and non-contentious work for a broad range of our clients including national names as well as local SMEs. You must be an excellent communicator and a team player who is also able to work under your own initiative with minimal supervision.
Working with the support of our busy private client team, you will enjoy lots of direct contact with clients advising them on all aspects of private client law. You will be responsible for your own quality case load and must be able to work under your own initiative with minimal supervision; however, you must also be a team player.
The roles listed above are based at the offices designated; however, candidates must be willing to travel as required.
